It’s sad when you pine for a blow-up turkey on the lawn. This is a house in a nearby ‘hood.
Can we take it one holiday at a time people? Can we? Please? Put up a light of two, but don’t break out snowmen.
I’m riding my pumpkins out until the very last day of November. Whether my pumpkins like it or not.

Your poor pumpkins! You might want to put them out of their misery. 😉
I, unfortunately, am one of those people who get excited for Christmas before Thanksgiving comes. In my mind, I think they should just be combined. Be thankful AND giving on Christmas! The origins of thanksgiving are kind of a sore spot for some too, no?
Anyway, I do realize that it’s not very acceptable to be ready for Christmas two weeks before thanksgiving so I *am* holding back my Christmas posts until Black Friday (A holiday in it’s own right, to me), at least.

I know, those pumpkins are dead .

Oh and whether or not I get excited for Christmas… I do agree with you. Those people with the yard decorations should wait to throw it all out there until after Thanksgiving has passed.
